1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Got.pluse's .pulse domain services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our Services. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you ("User") and Got.pluse ("we," "us," "our").

2. Service Description

.pulse is a Web3-native top-level domain (TLD) offering perpetual ownership via blockchain tokenization through Doma Protocol. Our Services include:

Domain search and registration (minting)
DNS management and configuration
Marketplace for buying/selling .pulse domains
Integration with Web3 wallets and dApps

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming legally binding contracts. By using our Services, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate.

4. Domain Minting and Ownership

4.1 Perpetual Ownership: Upon minting, you receive an NFT representing perpetual ownership of your .pulse domain—no renewal fees or expiration dates. Ownership is recorded on the blockchain.

4.2 Pricing: Pricing varies by domain tier (Basic, Premium, Elite). All fees are one-time and non-refundable. You are responsible for blockchain gas fees.

4.3 Availability: Domains are minted on a first-come, first-served basis. We do not guarantee availability of specific names.

4.4 Restrictions: You may not register domains that infringe trademarks, violate laws, promote illegal activities, or contain hate speech. We reserve the right to revoke such domains.

5. User Responsibilities

Wallet Security: You are solely responsible for securing your Web3 wallet and private keys. We cannot recover lost keys or reverse transactions.
Lawful Use: You agree to use .pulse domains in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Content: You are responsible for any content hosted on your .pulse domain. We are not liable for User-generated content.
DNS Configuration: You are responsible for correctly configuring DNS records. We provide tools but do not guarantee uptime of third-party hosting.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

Use domains for phishing, malware distribution, or fraud
Infringe intellectual property rights (trademarks, copyrights)
Engage in market manipulation or wash trading of domain NFTs
Reverse-engineer or exploit vulnerabilities in our platform
Harass, threaten, or abuse other Users or our team

7. Blockchain and Third-Party Services

Our Services rely on Doma Protocol, blockchain networks, and Web3 wallets. We are not responsible for:

Network congestion, gas fee fluctuations, or blockchain downtime
Wallet provider errors or security breaches
Changes to Doma Protocol functionality
Smart contract bugs or exploits (though we conduct audits)

8. Refunds and Disputes

All domain purchases are final and non-refundable due to the immutable nature of blockchain transactions. If you mint the wrong domain, you may sell it on secondary markets. Disputes (e.g., trademark claims) will be handled per ICANN UDRP-equivalent policies.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on got.pluse (logos, text, design) is owned by Got.pluse and protected by copyright/trademark laws. You may not reproduce our content without permission. Your domain NFT grants you ownership of that specific domain, not the .pulse TLD or our brand.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOT.PLUSE IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OPPORTUNITY) ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, EVEN IF WE WERE ADVISED OF SUCH POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE DOMAIN IN QUESTION.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Got.pluse harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our platform if you violate these Terms. Your domain ownership on the blockchain remains intact, but we may disable our DNS/management tools. You may stop using Services at any time.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
